Start your child's swimming journey with confidence!

• Designed for children ages 18 months to 3 years old who are ready to begin water exploration with a parent or another caregiver in the water. 

• Class focuses on the core competencies by providing instruction to the adult who is accompanying the child, about how to help the child develop aquatic readiness.

• The goal of this course is to help the child develop a high comfort level in the water while at the same time training adults in water safety and drowning prevention. 

• We do not teach a child how to swim at this level, but we provide a confidence- building, fun, loving experience as a foundation for a lifetime of aquatic learning!

• Class focuses on the fundamentals of water safety and introduces key swimming skills such as flutter kicks, assisted floating, and breath control.

• Gain comfort with submerging their ears, mouth, nose, and face in the water while learning to float and glide with assistance.

• Emphasis on buoyancy, balance, and breath control to help your child build a strong foundation for future swimming success.

Make a splash in Jelly Fish!

 

• Designed for swimmers who are new to lessons or are still mastering essential skills before advancing.

• Builds confidence in the water by introducing floating, proper water breathing, and the fundamentals of forward movement.

• Develop stronger kicking technique and learn to glide, bob, and control their breath.

• By the end of the session, participants will work toward independent front floats and kicking 15 feet with proper breath control (rolling to the back for air).

• Goal: Independent front & back floating, kicking 15 feet with face in the water, and controlled breathing.

Fly through the water with confidence!

Building on the independence gained in Jelly Fish,

​

• Focuses on refining proper kicking technique and introducing freestyle swimming, body rolls, and arm movement.

• Develop the skills needed to swim greater distances and transition into more advanced strokes.

• Practice correct body positioning, streamline kicking, and breathing techniques to prepare them for swimming 25 yards freestyle with side breathing and streamlined back kicking in the deep end.

• Goal: Swim 20 feet freestyle with proper side breathing and body positioning, along with independent streamline kicking on the back.

Take your swimming to the next level!

 

• Advanced-level class will refine technique and introduce competitive strokes and turns. Focus on improving freestyle and backstroke mechanics, mastering bilateral breathing, and learning the fundamentals of butterfly and breaststroke.

• Introduces flip turns, open turns, and dives, preparing swimmers for pre-team or competitive swimming.

• Goal: Swim 25 yards freestyle with bilateral breathing, execute streamlined backstroke, and develop fundamental techniques for advanced strokes and turns.
